Terms of Services

• Your glasses will be shipped to the address provided by you on the lens form. If you submitted a wrong address, please, contact us by E-Mail, using the contact form on our website, as soon as possible.

• It is the customer’s responsibility to examine the item(s) conditions for any damages. Once the item(s) received by the customer, we are not responsible for any damages.

• Customers will have the choice to pay for the item(s) using PayPal, Master Card, American Express, Discover, and Visa. Since all these Credit cards are subject to authorization we will not repair customer’s frame until we receive the full payment. Frame material such as Pure Titanium, Aluminum, and Carbon Fiber will not get weld. If customer fails to pay the payment for the repair and we received the customer glasses, customer will be responsible to pay the return shipping cost (about $9.50) in the case of cancelling the order.  

• We do not share your information, name, phone number, e-mail address, etc. to anyone and for any reason so all your data is safe and secure.

• Lens Colors: Color and mirror coating samples are provided to give you an idea of how your lens will be look like after tint or mirror coating being applied to your lenses. However the actual lens color (either gradient tine or solid tint) or mirror coating will not be exactly the same as what you see on our website. 

• Since heat will be used for repairing your frame, it my change the cosmetic of your frame; however, we will apply the proper coating to restore the cosmetic (color of the frame) as close as possible. If the flexible temple (arm) of your frame is broken, the temple will loose its flexibility after being repaired. You will be able to open and close the temple (like regular or non-flexible temple), but the temple will not have its flexibility or outward movements.
